The practice
Salt Circle started because yoga should feel simple, welcoming, and accessible. The Gulf is free. So is the lawn. Show up, move, breathe.
No hands-on adjustments unless you explicitly request one.
Slow vinyasa, about an hour. All levels. Stand anywhere. First-timers are welcome anywhere. Follow at your own pace and skip anything that doesn't feel right.

After class we walk somewhere nearby if you want. It is not a second class. Sitting still counts.

After class
If you want company, we walk to whatever is closest after savasana. If you want to go home, go home. Both are the practice.
